Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All pre-orders are processed within two to three weeks of purchase. Pre-order products are currently in production, and are not ready to ship.
Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. In the case that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we’ll contact you in the rare event that the processing and delivery time estimates should change.

Shipment cost is dependent on order size. Shipping costs range from $9.00 - $20.00. All orders over $80.00 will receive free standard shipping.
*Yahweh & Sons Co. is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or other events out of our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email when your order ships. If you have not received a shipment confirmation email then your order is still processing and has not been shipped.
Damages
Yahweh & Sons Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order or you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Delivery Claim
Yahweh & Sons Co. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
International Shipping Policy
If you are interested in purchasing from Yahweh & Sons Co. and your delivery shipping address is outside of the United States, please contact yahwehandsonsco@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.
Returns
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as teas, food, etc]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Shipping

We require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number to accompany your return. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that We determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
